We write this letter to ask for your support and participation in releasing the global Access to Justice Index™ scheduled for 2023-2024. The Index studies countries receptivity and progress in providing access to justice to the marginalised and the needy. The Index looks at the systemic challenges, and the institutional shortcomings which act as barriers to the common man in accessing judicial institutions. It will also evaluate the effectiveness of a country in providing access to legal resources to the most vulnerable sections in the society. The Index attempts to be holistic as it not only looks at the government, but also the judiciary, legal profession, and the legal education. The global index attempts to study and rank more than forty (40) countries worldwide.

It is our firm belief that Access to Justice Index™ will pave way for a significant shift in the way we evaluate our governments and institutions involved in access to justice movement across the world. Our efforts in bringing to you an holistic data through the Index will remain empty without your contributions. Write to us if you would like to review our Index criteria, we would be happy to share a copy of our Index Document with you.

We are currently looking to collaborate with institutions, and individuals to assist us with the global edition of the Access to Justice Index™. In pursuance, we also invite you to share your ideas and suggestions which will aid us in releasing a comprehensive Index.

We have currently collaborated with institutions and individuals across Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, where we have involved more than fifty(50) student volunteers assisting us with the Index. It is certainly a global task that requires collaborative efforts from regional players to the international forums. We are hopeful that our project will receive such support and guidance from you.
